i just want to forget him and stop all the crying and stuff. it's really been so long ago already and he wasnt even serious on me. i was used and made to believe in feelings that weren't really there. so how to just move on and not remember anymore. it's so much hassle and im tired of getting depressed. sometimes i think im going crazy as i make conversations with him who isnt there and he answers me back in my mind and i talk to him with my voice out loud. it's embarrassing, help.How to keep someone out of your head?

Its always hard at first, but what you need to do is pour yourself into your hobbies, friends and yourself.

Go get a haircut or trim, its refreshing and it feels renewing, like the start of a new chapter in your life.

Go out with a group of friends for a shopping day or just bum around and watch movies and eat nachos.

Go out to the clubs and flirt with random guys.

Dress your best, look your best, do your nails and makeup- and just FEEL SEXY.

If you have a hobby, do it, it will distract you.

You are the only one in control of your feelings, not him. But distractions is what you need until you get over it.

it'll take a lot of time to get over him, so maybe try talking to your friends + those you trust about it + you'll be fine !

I was in almost the same situation. My ex lied tome for 4 years, everything he told me was untrue, until this day. Finally a month or 2 ago i read a poem he wrote online and replied to it. In this poem he said he would always be here for me and i realized that notonly did helie to me throug our whole relationship, he still insists on lying to me even afte we dont speak. I realized that i wasnt in love with him, i was in love with his lies. You should realize that he isnt who you thought he was, you liked the idea of him. There is someone out there who wont be just an idea, but true. Keep searching, ';Blaze with the Fire that is never extinguished';. Live on.
Good question? Been there! Done that! If you have had intimate relations with a person and unmarried, you have become one ( spiritually). You are now spiritually connected. So, must get a spiritual divorce. Ask the Lord to help you to clear you mind and renew the spirit of your mind; Change the way you think. Start doing things that you have always wanted to do, but most of all - theres a void that need to be filled and it can only be filled with Christ.
